OFFICIAL CONTRACT OF ACCEPTANCE OF A PLACE AT ABIDE

Each main lesson block booked must be paid for, whether or not it is used and cannot be transferred to any other block
Casual bookings are not accepted.
FEES ARE NOT REFUNDED IF A CHILD IS ABSENT. If you wish to cancel any booked block, you just give 14 days NOTICE IN WRITING. If a child is absent for more than one week without notification, the place may be cancelled without further notice and offered to another applicant, but you will still be charged.
Please ensure that you collect your child on time otherwise you will be charged additional £6 per hour.

Once you submit this form we will email you the bank account details for you to pay the tuition fee online via bank-to-bank transfer (Please quote your child’s name as a reference so that we can identify your payment).
